Accessibility
The Knoxville Convention Center is committed to accommodating the needs of individuals with disabilities for all events in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Accessibility parking is located on Cumberland Avenue side of our building in the Ballroom Drop-Off. The entrance is marked with an ADA parking sign.
Animal Policy
The Knoxville Convention Center only allows registered service animals. Service animals are defined as dogs or miniature ponies that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. For the safety of the service animals and our guests, any other animals are not allowed inside the Knoxville Convention Center.
Catering
Savor... Knoxville Catering, the Knoxville Convention Center's exclusive food and beverage provider, offers an assortment of culinary options and features our in-house executive chef, Daryl O'Donnell.
We strive to use local ingredients and goods to offer fresh foods that are wholesome, delicious, and prepared to perfection in our onsite kitchen. Our executive chef, catering sales, banquet staff, and culinary team provide unparalleled expertise and attention.
Concessions
All concessions are provided exclusively by SAVOR. Outside food and/or beverages of any kind are not permitted. Concession stands are open for select events. When open, these stands offer a variety of food and beverages for purchase. We are a cashless venue that accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
Internet Services
The Knoxville Convention Center has a high-speed wired and wireless network. We provide internet solutions for all types of events. We offer complimentary Wi-Fi in all Ballrooms, Meeting Rooms, and Concourses on the second and third floors.

● Select "Convention Center Free Wifi" wireless network.
● Open up any Internet browser page.
● The splash page will pop up.
● Agree to the terms and connect.
● You are now ready to use the Internet.

Security Rules and Procedures
At the Knoxville Convention Center, our highest priority is to create a safe and secure environment for all guests and employees. In order to provide an environment where our guests can safely enjoy the event, the Knoxville Convention Center security personnel conduct security checks as deemed necessary. These checks might include the use of wands and the search of jackets, clothing, bags, and other items. Patrons should plan to arrive early in order to avoid standing in long lines.
The Knoxville Convention Center does not permit the following:
● Outside food or beverages.
● Alcohol of any type.
● Coolers of any size (with the exception for medical use).
● Animals, with the exception of service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
● Hoverboards or Motorized vehicles/devices with the exception for ADA purposes.
● Scooters, bikes, skateboards, roller skates, rollerblades, power wheels, and sneakers with wheels.
● Backpacks, oversized bags, duffel bags, and luggage bags should be no larger than 16” x 16” x 8” in size.
● Weapons of any type, including, but not limited to, firearms, including licensed concealed carry guns; knives; pepper spray; blades; tools; etc.
● Helium balloons, Mylar balloons, fireworks, laser pointers, bullhorns, air horns, glitter, or confetti of any kind.
● Drones unless approved by the Event Management Staff upon arrival.
