Every contractor must submit a copy of their Certification of Insurance with the correct subrogation clause to their Event Manager prior to move in.

It is the responsibility of the contractor to make sure the KCC has a copy of their current (up-to-date) insurance before entering the building. If a contractor's insurance has been updated, then a new copy needs to be submitted prior to move in.

We encourage our clients to utilize the marketing resources available, including two marque signs, social media, and website listings, to promote their event.

At the Knoxville Convention Center, our highest priority is to create a safe and secure environment for all guests and employees. In order to provide an environment where our guests can safely enjoy the event, the Knoxville Convention Center security personnel conduct security checks as deemed necessary. These checks might include the use of wands and the search of jackets, clothing, bags, and other items.

The KCC will not accept advance shipments of freight or materials prior to the contracted move-in date. Any early arrivals must be approved by the Director of Event Services prior to shipping.

All Shipments delivered to the KCC after the official move-in date shall be addressed to the attention of the show contractor and/or event name and the assigned Event Manager, otherwise the packages will not be accepted.

Under no circumstances will C.O.D. deliveries be accepted by the KCC. The KCC does not handle any vendor/exhibitor freight you must contact our in-house Decorator ACES- Wesley Mullins 865-740-3710 wes@allconventionexpo.com for pricing on shipping/drayage.

The Knoxville Convention Center’s in-house preferred trade show exhibitor services team, All Convention and Expo Services (ACES), is dedicated to making every event a standout. ACES provides on-site decorating from tables and linens to carpets, drapes, and backdrops for all occasions.

Please contact Director of Events for all air, water, phone, electrical and cable orders at 865-740-0477. Advances Rate applies to orders received 14 days or more before move-in. Floor rate is applied to all orders received less than 14 days in advance.
